1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Sale items and personalized/custom products are non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items marked “final sale”
3. Return Process
To start a return, email luxefampk@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we’ll share return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
