1. Refund Approval
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email confirming the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Late or Missing Refunds
- If your refund is delayed, check your bank or credit card company first.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
